As a young organization in the process of accelerated growth and with a presence in several countries of the Global South, we face the challenge of balancing institutional expansion with the need to systematize sound DEI policies and practices.
This involves navigating diverse cultural contexts and structural barriers where gender equity and social inclusion are not always fully institutionalized, as well as working within philanthropic funding schemes often focused on specific projects.
Therefore, we are proactively strengthening our internal capabilities and consolidating policies that integrate DEI transversally in our methodologies, programs and teams.
