The Ivy Energy Program accelerates the transition to renewable energy throughout the Global South, building on Uruguay’s successful model. It supports countries in developing local ecosystems and policies to integrate high levels of renewable energy while ensuring system reliability. The program focuses on decision-making tools, regulatory frameworks, technology transfer and fostering a national narrative on energy transition, with the goal of creating fair, inclusive and sustainable energy systems.
