Guillermo Adolfo Koutoudjian
Economist (Universidad de Buenos Aires) with a Master’s degree in International Studies (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella), specialized in energy and geopolitics. He took courses on U.S. foreign policy and energy at George Washington University and the Brookings Institute, and holds a postgraduate degree in Russian and Eurasian Studies (Universidad Católica Argentina). Between 2021 and 2023 he served as Director of Energy Integration, Access and Security at OLADE. Previously, he coordinated international energy cooperation at Argentina’s Energy Secretariat, managing bilateral relations and participating in multilateral energy initiatives.
